1. Take a look at our calendar and set a day and time that works for you, and create a new OWL portal account. 

2. Your counsellor will then see your request, and before your first session you will be sent a virtual intake form to fill out. 

3. Show up to counselling  appointment. Each session lasts 50 minutes in length. This dedicated time is for you, so try to find a comfortable, quiet place where you can be alone for confidentiality. 

4. Once your appointment is finished, your counsellor will send you additional resources to consider for mental health, and they will process your payment online, and send you a copy of your receipt.
